Job Overview
To design, coordinate, and implement Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategies, processes, and tools in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local market requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and execution of C&B programs customized for the MEA region.
* Coordinate the end-to-end C&B cycle, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and budgeting processes.
* Support the localization and deployment of global Total Rewards programs across MEA.
* Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and local HR Managers on compensation and benefits topics.
* Assist in the design and communication of the Total Rewards and Recognition strategy.
* Participate in the planning, configuration, and implementation of C&B modules within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized university.
* Proven experience working in multinational and culturally diverse environments.
* Specialized background in Rewards, ideally within a consultancy or complex organizational structure.
* Demonstrated success in designing and implementing salary and bonus structures across multiple performance cycles.
* Experience in developing and executing reward and recognition strategies at a regional level.
* Solid understanding of employment-related taxation, housing benefits, social security schemes, and local funding mechanisms across the MEA region.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
