As part of a strategic initiative to redesign HR processes to better support the company’s growth ambitions, they are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Director (HRD) who is fluent in English. This position is crucial for leading the change, modernizing HR processes, and contributing to the optimization of human resources practices through innovative and efficient solutions.
Job Description
As the HR Director responsible for the HR process redesign project, you will play a central role in optimizing the HR function within the company. You will be tasked with implementing new methodologies, digitizing HR processes, and driving continuous improvement to ensure greater efficiency, enhanced talent management, and increased employee satisfaction. You will work closely with the executive team and other departments to successfully lead this transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Transformation Leadership: Define the vision and strategy for the redesign of HR processes (recruitment, performance management, training, career development, compensation) in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Process Evaluation: Assess existing HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose tailored solutions to optimize effectiveness and reduce costs.
* HR Digitalization: Implement digital tools (HRIS, talent management software, etc.) and promote the automation of repetitive tasks to free up time and increase productivity within HR teams.
* Change Management: Guide HR teams and the broader organization through the change process, creating communication and training plans to ensure a smooth transition.
* Continuous Improvement: Establish mechanisms for continuous evaluation of the new processes’ effectiveness, adjusting HR strategies based on results and employee feedback.
* Talent Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance HR teams' skills in digital tools, performance management, and leadership.
* Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior leadership on project progress, outcomes, and challenges, measuring the impact of the redesign on HR and organizational performance.
* Company Culture: Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration within HR teams and across the entire organization.
Required Profile
* Experience: At least 10 years of experience in HR roles, with significant experience in managing HR transformation projects and process redesign. Experience with implementing HRIS or other digital tools is highly desirable.
* Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of French is an asset.
