We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR / Assistant to Director to join our team in Tangier. This is a versatile role combining light HR duties and Personal Assistant responsibilities directly supporting the Director.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the HR Manager with light HR-related tasks.
• Act as a Personal Assistant to the Director:
• Managing bookings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
• Greeting and coordinating with clients (including Airbnb business).
• Handling car rental arrangements and other operational tasks.
• Support in meetings, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Ensure smooth communication between the Director, clients, and business partners.
Requirements
• Must be based in Tangier.
• Fluent in English and French .
• Confident and experienced in driving.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable personality.
