Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Manager at Hivernage Collection, located in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs, developing job descriptions, posting job listings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. The Hiring Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports related to the hiring process and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

* Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
* Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
