We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting our team, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your Key Responsibilities


* HR Operations & Vendor Management – Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and HR outsourcing vendors, ensuring high service quality and effectiveness. Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination.
* Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition - Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer preparation.
* Workplace Culture & Team Buildings - Organize events and initiatives that strengthen collaboration and promote Paysera’s values.
* HR Administration & Compliance - Maintain accurate employee records, manage documentation flow for hiring, terminations, contracts, benefits, health and safety, and employment changes. Coordinate compensation and payroll processes; Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws and internal HR policies.
* Performance & Development Support - Support performance review processes and employee learning and development initiatives.
* HR Analytics & Efficiency – Monitor key HR metrics, prepare insights for management, and leverage AI tools to improve processes.
* Global Collaboration – Partner with Paysera’s international HR team on payroll, compliance, and cross-border HR projects.

What We're Looking For


* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4+ years in the HR field, ideally within fintech, IT, or regulated industries.
* Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes.
* Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and HR metrics reporting.
* Fluency in English and either Arabic or French (preferably both).
* Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, with the ability to integrate them into daily HR processes.
