Job Title: International Recruitment Team Lead (Rabat/Casablanca)

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment agency specializing in IT infrastructure placements for some of the largest companies in Belgium. Our clients operate in sectors such as retail, government, railway, banking, and telecom.

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced freelance Recruitment Team Lead to expand our team from 1 recruiter to 4–5 recruiters. The right candidate has a proven background in IT recruitment, fluency in French and English, and solid knowledge of the Belgian market. In this role, you will not only lead the team but also take an active role in recruitment, client management, and business development. Meeting daily and weekly KPIs will be a central part of the position. Flexibility is key: once every 8–12 weeks, you will be expected to work onsite in Rabat and/or Casablanca.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & KPI Achievement

* Lead, coach, and train recruiters to achieve daily and weekly KPIs in sourcing, interviews, and candidate submissions.
* Ensure targets are consistently met by monitoring performance and providing clear feedback.
* Report regularly to management about the team’s progress, recruitment pipelines, and sourcing activities.


Recruitment Activities

* Source and qualify candidates specifically for the Belgian market in IT infrastructure.
* Present well-matched candidates to clients and ensure timely follow-up.
* Personally handle high-priority recruitment requests and ensure client satisfaction.


Client Engagement & Business Development

* Act as the primary contact for your clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Proactively identify and approach new clients where you can propose your own candidates and build long-term partnerships.


Operational Excellence

* Ensure recruitment processes are executed with quality, professionalism, and speed.
* Track and report results, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
* Continuously seek process improvements and implement best practices across the team.


Qualifications

* Freelancer status is mandatory.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with knowledge of the Belgian market.
* Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a Must have)
* Proven experience managing and developing recruitment teams (Must have)
* Strong understanding of IT roles and technical requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
* Target-driven mindset (uncapped bonus per placement)
* Flexibility to work onsite in Rabat and/or Casablanca once every 8–12 weeks for 1 week (Mon-Fri)
