Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in administrative tasks and various HR activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your activities

* Provide administrative support across HR functions
* Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
* Help manage employee files and ensure accurate documentation
* Support payroll preparation and related administrative taskss
* Help monitor employee attendance and leave tracking
* Participate in various HR activities as needed

Your profile

* Education: Minimum Bac+3 in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
* Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
* A first experience or academic project in HR is a plus
