Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will work closely with the business team to support on full HR function work such as HR compliance, compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection, employee relationship management, performance management, etc.

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for recruitment and selection of excellent talents according to business need within annual headcount budget;
2. Ensure proper implementation of the country HR strategy.
3. Implement and update the company's HR policies and procedures (e.g., employee handbook, leave policy, travel policy, etc.).
4. Responsible for the effective design and implementation of the annual needs assessment and training plan.
5. Be responsible for compensation and benefits management work including payroll management, bonus management, insurance management, contract management, attendance management, etc.;
6. Work closely with line managers to conduct the quarterly and annual performance management work to help employees get better improvement
7. Partner with local managers and regional HR team to manage the local employee relationship management, to build morale and healthy working environment
8. Update and ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS;
9. Participate in global/regional projects as required;
10. Keep record of employee attendance/overtime/leave and maintain the reports up-to-date;
11. Coordinate employee’s work permit and business travel visa;
12. Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 5+ years’ HR working experience as HRBP or similar roles with hands-on experience in multiple HR functions;
3. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving and communication skills, critical thinking and self-initiative;
4. Be able to multitask, deal with ambiguity and pressure and build up scheme and process from scratch;
5. Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus;
6. Good command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.
