Are you a natural leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for team development? We’re looking for you! As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing an operational team within an international project. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive performance and maintain quality.

Your role

* Daily supervision of a team of employees
* Monitoring performance, KPIs, and quality metrics
* Coaching and motivating team members
* Improving processes and workflows
* Reporting to the Operations Manager
* Acting as a liaison between the team in Tangier and international teams

Your profile

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience with performance management and reporting
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
* Hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset
* Flexible, reliable, and result-oriented
