We are excited to announce an opportunity for the role of HR Business Partner Lead. This position is a key leadership role within our HR organization, responsible for guiding a team of HR Business Partners and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners, fostering collaboration with Senior HRBPs, CoCs, and Workplace Solutions.
* Act as a point of escalation for HR-related matters and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Drive the execution of the talent agenda, including succession planning, and employee engagement.
* Partner with CoCs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
* Provide expert guidance on performance management, career development, and employee relations.
* Analyze HR metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

* Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive business outcomes.
