Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Host at Locanda International's Marrakesh property. The Host will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by welcoming and assisting guests with their reservations, seating arrangements, and inquiries. Key responsibilities include maintaining a warm and professional presence at the front desk, managing reservation bookings, answering guest questions in person and by phone, and collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

* Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment
* Experience with Reservations and managing bookings efficiently
* Exemplary Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling guest inquiries courteously
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing demands with professionalism
* Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
* Previous experience in hospitality or a guest-facing role is preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification
