Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Manager at Paradis Plage Surf Yoga & Spa Resort, located in Taghazout. The Guest Relation Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing guest inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. The role includes supervising front desk operations, coordinating with other departments to meet guests’ needs, and assisting in managing special events or activities. Additionally, the Guest Relation Manager will foster strong relationships with guests, resolve issues efficiently, and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Hospitality Management skills
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities
* Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution expertise
* Proficiency in Administrative and Organizational tasks
* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages, such as French or Arabic, is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
* Experience in the hospitality or resort industry is highly desired
* Proficiency in reservation or property management systems is an asset
