We are now looking for talented professionals to join our French team as Customer Support & Sales Agents. In this role, you will combine client support with consultative sales to help our clients succeed while driving the growth of our services.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide responsive, chat-based support to clients using our trading services
* Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and value
* Present products and services to clients in a consultative manner
* Maintain empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented communication in every interaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve services
Required Qualifications
* Strong written communication skills in French (C2 / Fluent)
* Hands-on experience with trading and market knowledge
* Previous experience in customer support and sales
* Sales mindset with the ability to identify client needs and present solutions
* Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a client-first approach
