We are looking for a talented Customer Success Executive to partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and predictable growth for their business that can make a difference in our growth phase.
Responsibilities
* Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
* Being the trusted partner for the customer on the use-case and product functionality
* Willing to wear several other hats including more general support and onboarding work.
* Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support
* Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
* Participate in Sales development activities in collaboration with the Revenue team.
