We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Agent to join our Excursion Department. This role combines operational coordination with finance-related responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and efficient back-office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance-Related Duties:
* Ensure invoices are correctly issued by providers.
* Match invoice details with booking and system data.
* Investigate and report any discrepancies for correction.
* Assist the destination office with invoice validation and related inquiries.
Operations-Related Duties:
* Import bookings flagged as errors from the booking inbox.
* Make adjustments to bookings based on representatives' requests (e.g., start dates, pickup times).
* Organize excursions and activities by:
* Coordinating suitable guides.
* Sending transfer requests.
* Arranging meal reservations (lunch/dinner).
* Support representatives by responding to emails and phone calls with accurate and timely information.
* Resolve any queries to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
