MCC is recruiting English-speaking account managers. You will be in charge of :


* Managing inbound and outbound calls to our English-speaking business customers (BtoB).
* Ensure quality customer service by answering queries, resolving problems and building customer loyalty.
* Prospect for new customers and develop the existing portfolio.
* Work as part of a team.

Profil Recherché


* Perfect command of spoken and written English, with both an American and British accent.
* Successful experience in a call center, ideally in BtoB.
* Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
* Ability to listen, empathize and persuade.
* Willingness to work night shifts.
* Good command of IT tools.
