Responsibilities

* Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails in Dutch
* Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
* Record and maintain accurate client interaction data in our CRM system
* Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any inquiries
* Assist the sales team in transferring leads smoothly
* Provide feedback on outreach methods to enhance our approach

Requirements

* Fluency in Dutch and basic English language skills
* No prior experience required; eagerness to learn and grow is essential
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital
* Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage, but training will be provided
* Open to relocation with a fully paid support package from the company
* Ready to participate in a 3-month fully paid training program in Greece (paid relocation included)
