About the Role:

As an Outbound Call Agent, you will play a key role in our team by connecting with clients and delivering excellent service every day. This position offers a clear path for career progression and personal growth within a supportive, international environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to clients in a professional and friendly manner
* Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, always maintaining a positive attitude
* Accurately log call records and contribute to our commitment to outstanding customer service
* Assist with basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong English communication skills—both spoken and written (essential)
* Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service environment (preferred but not required)
* A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office applications
* Reliable team player who enjoys tackling new challenges
