Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Assistant located in Marrakesh. The Customer Support Assistant will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, support sales activities, manage stock control. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, maintaining inventory records, facilitating the sales process, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

* Strong Communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Confident and reliable personality 
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or related fields are advantageous
