General Qualifications:

* Degree in Logistics/international trade
* Level of experience : entry level
* Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of English and French language
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and teamwork skills
* Successful in building relations with internal and external customers


Job Description:

* Managing daily customer service tasks and interacts with both internal stakeholders as well as external customers/shippers
* Responding to all requests quickly and accurately
* Providing quality service to internal and external customers
* Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries received via e-mail
* Making outbound calls to track shipment statusResolving issues and notifying customersTracking, tracing, capturing, and updating shipmentsBooking creation and their follow-up
* Producing, preparing the invoicing and follow-upLoading list and VGM with terminal
* Shipping's instruction control and filing the manifest
* Controlling and establishing bill of lading and submitting them to customers
