Requirements


Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients.

Experience in customer service or client support, preferably with international clients.

Highly organized and detail-oriented—ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to inquiries.

Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Adaptability and willingness to learn—possess a positive attitude towards challenges.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
