Customer Advisor

WAL-IT services is looking for a Customer Adviser for its client :

Job Title: Customer Advisor

Positioning in the organization: Under the authority of the supervisor

Activities and tasks:

* Ensure the telephone reception of customers.
* Follow precise conversational conduct scripts when interacting with customers.
* Record all requests in the customer database and ensure their computer follow-up.
* Process incoming e-mail messages.
* Participate in complementary activities: conducting satisfaction surveys.
* Implement operations, updating data in the information system.

Obligations related to tasks:

* Employees are required to keep in good condition, in general, all materials and tools entrusted for the performance of the work.
* Notify your workplace without a valid reason and without notifying your supervisor.
* Maintain confidentiality regarding the company's property made available to the employee.
