Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Specialist. The Commercial Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling sales processes, managing purchasing activities, and maintaining existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications

* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales and Purchasing activities
* Proficiency in Account Management
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
