Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site position for a Chaffe party, located in Rabat. The Chaffe party will oversee the preparation, presentation, and prompt delivery of culinary items during events and services. Responsibilities include organizing kitchen staff, ensuring standards of food safety and quality, and supporting the Head Chef in the execution of menus while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the workplace.

Qualifications

* Experience in food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
* Proficiency in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Team management abilities and clear communication skills
* Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to event-specific needs
* Prior experience in a catering setup or restaurant is an advantage
* A diploma or certification in culinary arts or a related field is a plus
