Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Centre d'appel position at Medrastak App, located in Rabat. The Centre d'appel professional will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, tasks will include handling complaints, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about products and services.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
* Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written skills in the required languages
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are an advantage
