Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also need to analyze data to inform business strategies and maintain strong communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and strategy development
* Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
* Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in the tech or event management industry is a plus
Requirements
* Proven experience in a consulting, Fintech, or Strat-ups as BDS for at least 3 Years
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in ticketing, events, tourism, or related industries.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce).
* Ability to travel locally or regionally for partner meetings and event activations.
* Good Command of both English and French.
