Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales and drive business growth through strategic lead generation and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop key account management
* Be knowledgeable with company technology (training to be provided)
* Understand business models and consistently seek new opportunities
* Research and bid for sports and entertainment events in Lebanon
* Develop good relationships with all relevant government agencies
* Develop good relationships with all venues in Morocco
* Actively attend all large scale events and constantly be aware of the competition
* Motivate and monitor sales teams set road plans to deliver sales targets in the future
Requirements
* Bachelor university degree
* Experience in leading a sales team and people management skills
* Experience in the event industry in Morocco
* Excellent communications skills
* Flexibility regarding working hours
* Social person to maintain key clients relationships
* Ability to set budgets and track team performance
* Driving license
* Fluency in English/Arabic
