We are currently recruiting an Area Sales Manager on behalf of one of our industrial clients specializing in industrial refrigeration solutions. This is a strategic opportunity to join a recognized player in the industrial HVAC sector, leading commercial operations across the Maghreb region.

Position: Area Sales Manager – Refrigeration

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Key Responsibilities

* Drive business development and manage the sales pipeline across the Maghreb territory.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with end users, industrial clients, engineering firms, and EPC contractors.
* Present the company’s refrigeration solutions to clients and decision-makers.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer satisfaction.
* Actively participate in tenders and long-cycle industrial sales processes.
* Provide regular reporting to management, including KPIs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Profile

* Technical degree in mechanical, thermal, electromechanical, or energy engineering.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role with a track record in General Management, Sales, and Operations ideally in refrigeration or HVAC.
* Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
* Strong knowledge of the Moroccan industrial landscape.
* Autonomous, results-driven, and proactive with strong business acumen.
* Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
