Bilingual Back-Office Logistics Operator (Spanish/english)

Contract Type: Full-time

Starting Salary: 8,000 MAD/month (net)

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Back-Office Logistics Operator to support our international logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing transport coordination, shipment tracking, and day-to-day communication with carriers and clients across Europe.

You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods, resolve incidents proactively, and maintain accurate logistics records. This is a hybrid position based in Marrakech, with partial remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate shipments across various international routes (Export & Import)
* Manage delivery schedules and communicate with transporters (mainly via WhatsApp and email)
* Monitor customs clearance and ferry bookings
* Track trailers, update arrival forecasts, and flag potential delays or incidents
* Log issues (temperature discrepancies, delays, overweight loads, etc.) and follow up to resolution
* Ensure clear and structured communication with internal teams and clients

Required Qualifications:

* Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer support preferred
* Tech Skills: Comfortable using digital tools, reporting platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets
* Organization: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage information flow accurately
* Autonomy: Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reporting and record-keeping
