Job Description

As a validation pilot, you will be required to :

* Initialize Directories and Requirements collection files (Docinfo).
* Send census emails toengineering teams in order to collect the needed validation means.
* Set up project management meetings commitees of its responsibility (Working groups (GT) / Commissions).
* Prepare and share the meeting Agenda of its responsibility (GT and commissions).
* Lead project meetings of its responsibility.
* Detail the need for validation means with the requesting engineering teams (vehicle options).
* Request the means creation in PPS/eCOP to trigger parts supplies.
* Planning of validation's means according to customer requested dates trough GANTT charts.
* Create validation means in PLM (product life cycle management).
* Request the validation of means financing and follow the evolution of the allocated budgets, alleviates if necessary.
* Lead change management metting (GDM).
* Manage the welding/painting flow of the means with the production workshops.
* Follow the parts assembly with the production plants.
* Request transport for validation's means and ensure receipt by the customer.
* Difusion of KPI.

Qualifications

* Bac+2/3 in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* With experience in a similar position (including internships).
* Good communication skills in English and French.
* Knowledge of the automotive industry
