Technology Leader

The Technology Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the Technology activities to ensure efficient implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production processes. The role involves Project launch and rampup management, leadership, compliance adherence, resource management, and quality assurance, all aligned with Hirschmann Automotive corporate strategy and internal policies.

Skillcheck :

* Master's Degree or equivalent .
* Minimum 4 years of seniority in automotive industry .
* Have a good sense of responsibility .
* Management of new projects & Change management.
* Knowledge of SAP, Excel.
* Perfect command of spoken and written English.

Challengecheck :

* Lead the Technology team to implement and maintain production processes effectively.
* Develop strategies and departmental objectives aligned with the overall group’s strategy.
* Ensures satisfaction of internal and external clients, in accordance with Hirschmann automotive internal rules and policies.
* Demonstrate leadership derived from Hirschmann automotive strategic goals
* Motivate, guide, and mentor the technology team while developing their skills and competencies.
* Contributes to the implementation, maintenance, and development of Hirschmann Automotive management system: Quality Management System as well as Environmental Management System.
* Define and manage investment budgets for the technology department to ensure proper resource allocation and strategic growth.
* Assess department members’ skills and knowledge for continuous development.
* Provide support to resolve quality or capacity issues and ensure continuous improvement of production systems.
