Main Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from Canadian customers (in French and English) with professionalism and empathy
* Understand customer needs and provide accurate, efficient solutions
* Manage requests, follow up on cases, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Adhere to internal procedures and meet performance targets
🧩 Profile Requirements:
* Bilingual French / English – Minimum level B2 in both languages
* At least 6 months of proven experience in inbound call handling (call center or customer service role)
* Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
* Active listening, patience, and customer-focused mindset
* Comfortable using digital tools and web applications
