What You'll Do

🎯 Lead, mentor, and support the Dispatch and Universal Agent teams to achieve service and operational goals

📊 Monitor team performance, set targets, and drive continuous improvement

📞 Provide guidance and resolve escalated customer issues across call, chat, and email

📚 Coordinate training sessions and foster a culture of learning and growth

✅ Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards

🤝 Collaborate with management to forecast resource needs and optimize workflows

📝 Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports

What We're Looking For

✅ 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

✅ Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

✅ Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities

✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

✅ Ability to handle pressure, manage escalations, and boost team performance

✅ Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
