What We’re Looking For

* Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications.
* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Uzbek. Any other additional languages would be advantageous.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role.
* Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
* Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

* To serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM softwares.
* Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Shift

Rotational shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 AM until 8 PM, 5 days a week. Includes one working weekend per month.
