🎯 Your Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of Foorsa — guiding students through every stage of their journey.
🧭 You will:
* Handle student inquiries.
* Guide students step-by-step from application to visa and travel
* Follow up with assigned students to ensure smooth onboarding
* Solve problems efficiently and communicate updates clearly
* Collaborate with the Sales, Admissions, and Marketing teams
💡 What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent communication in Arabic, and English (French is a plus🇫🇷)
✅ A caring and patient personality — students come first
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Comfort with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Respond.io)
✅ Experience in customer service or education (preferred but not required)
