Talent Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Recruiter for a long-term, full-time, and fully remote collaboration. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for someone exceptional to lead our recruitment efforts and help shape the future of our team.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French, has a strategic mindset, and is passionate about building strong teams. You will work closely with leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our company culture and goals.

Responsibilities:

* Set the recruitment strategy and pipeline across departments.
* Post job ads, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for various roles.
* Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and build effective job profiles.
* Manage and improve recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
* Proactively source high-potential candidates.
* Provide regular hiring updates, and report KPIs to management.
* Build and manage a recruitment team when needed.

Requirements:

* +2 years of experience in Recruitment/HR (leadership or full-cycle recruitment is a plus)
* Excellent communication skills in English & French
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven
* A reliable computer, webcam, headset, and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Schedule:

* Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (EST – Canada-based team)
