Our client is a global beauty and wellness company with a strong footprint in over 60 markets. Known for our natural, sustainable products and Scandinavian values, we are passionate about empowering people and creating a positive impact.

They are looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Business Partner to support the African operations (Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Tunisia, and South Africa). You’ll play a key role in talent development, engagement, and HR operations, working closely with leaders and employees to drive a high-performance culture. This is a strategic and hands-on role supporting a team of ~150 employees.

This position can be based in Marrakesh, Morocco or Lagos, Nigeria.

What You’ll Do

* Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring with a focus on quality and compliance
* Onboarding/Offboarding: Ensure smooth transitions in and out of the organization
* Learning & Development: Drive training, leadership development, and succession planning
* Performance: Support goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
* Engagement: Boost internal communication and employee experience
* Compensation: Support salary reviews and payroll coordination
* Compliance: Ensure local labor law compliance and policy updates
* HR Ops: Manage employee records, contracts, and office-related matters

What You Bring

* 5+ years in HR, ideally as a generalist or HRBP in a multicultural environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR in African markets.
* Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
* Confident communicator and trusted advisor.
* Proactive, culturally aware, and ready to travel as needed.
