Role Overview:

Location: Casablanca

📅 Duration: Internship (3 to 6 months)

🎓 Education level: Master’s degree (HR, Management, Business Administration or equivalent)

🚀 Main Responsibilities

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the HR Recruitment Intern will be involved in the following tasks:

* Drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, internal tools, job boards, etc.)
* Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
* Screening CVs and conducting initial phone interviews
* Scheduling and coordinating HR interviews
* Participating in HR interviews, depending on autonomy level
* Monitoring candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Updating recruitment trackers and dashboards
* Supporting HR-related projects (employer branding, process improvement, onboarding, etc.)
* Coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities

🧩 Profile Requirements

* Student in Human Resources or a related field
* Strong interest in recruitment and human relations
* Good communication skills in English&French
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and LinkedIn
* Well-organized, proactive, and results-oriented
* Team player with a strong willingness to learn
