Key Responsibilities :
-Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
-Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
-Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic guidance
-Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent across multiple markets
-Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience
-Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and local regulations
Requirements :
-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including proven team management experience
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
-Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in complex and fast-paced environments
-Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and data-driven hiring practices
-Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus
