As part of our expansion, we are looking for an IT Business Developer based in Rabat to support our international growth

Main Responsibilities:

* Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new partnerships with companies looking for IT recruitment services
* Client Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients by offering customized recruitment solutions tailored to their needs
* Lead Management: Ensure proper qualification of client needs and effective follow-up on opportunities
* Negotiation and Closing: Handle contract negotiations and close deals with clients

Profile:

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar business development role, ideally in the IT sector or B2B environment.
* IT Sector Knowledge: Understanding of the IT market and profiles is a major asset.
* Negotiation Skills: Ability to lead high-level negotiations and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Results-Oriented: You have a passion for sales and enjoy exceeding your targets.
* Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
