Position Summary

As an HR Development Coordinator, you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will coordinate & supervise actions related to talent management: recruitment of all categories, performance management and site training actions in accordance with group policy and management directives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

Your Role

* Coordinate development, evaluation and talent acquisition activities:
* Ensure Standardization and updating of job descriptions, job profiles, site organization charts and all development and recruitment tools
* Contribute to the implementation of the talent management process for all coordinators, managers.
* Conduct development and recruitment interviews for coordinators and ensure the execution of all categories recruitment plan.
* Develop, implement & improve the On-boarding process for salaried employees in collaboration with the central teams.
* Develop & maintain a database of external and internal candidates: develop a pool of candidates in advance using a proactive approach.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment concepts in collaboration with the central teams.
* Coordinate & implement partnerships & agreements with schools & universities for the management of the internship and hiring campaign
* Ensure the collection of needs and the implementation of the annual training plans at site level and analyze training efficiency.
* Be an internal trainer and facilitator of soft skills training sessions.
* Represent the site training center and present HR development and training KPIs during internal and external audits
* Ensure the execution of internal and external communication actions:

Your Background

* Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
* Advanced English level
* Communication and Presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required
* Availability, proactivity and sense of responsibility
