Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
* Advertise job openings on various international platforms.
* Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, professional networks).
* Screen candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications.
* Organize and conduct initial interviews.
* Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
* Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement with the client.
Requirements:
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
* Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
* Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
* Experience recruiting for the European market.
* Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons).
* Proficiency in English and other any other languages.
