Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to provide administrative support to the HR Department and to the organization. The HR Analyst provides comprehensive support to HR Function by managing administrative processes, employee insurance, work permits, and overall coordination with HR stakeholders including Management. The ideal candidate will be a great appetite for analytical studies, tech-savvy and very oriented customer satisfaction as may be the first focal point of employees regarding administrative queries.

Principal Responsibilities

HR Administration and Operations


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR Files in HR systems.
* Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes.
* Prepare HR-related documentation (letters, certificates, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative matters
* Support HR reporting and analytics by preparing dashboards, reports and workforce data.
* Support audits, risk management, and compliance reviews.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement organizational projects and programs

HRIS and Digitalization


* Manage and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
* Develop and generate HRIS reports and analytics for management decision-making.
* Act as a focal point for HR digitalization projects, including automation of HR workflows, document management, and employee self-service tools.
* Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using digital solutions and best practices.
* Support change management and training for employees on new HR digital platforms.

Insurance And Benefits


* Administer employee health, life, and other insurance plans including enrolment, and liaison with providers.
* Ensure timely renewals of policies and manage communication with employees regarding coverage and benefits.
* Support payroll in aligning benefits data with monthly processing.

Work Permit and Relocation support


* Coordinate visa, work permit, and residency processes for international staff in collaboration with external agencies and government authorities.
* Monitor validity and renewal deadlines, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Provide guidance to employees on expatriate regulations and documentation
* Provide support on onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth integration and exit of employees.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications & Experience


* At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any other related discipline;
* A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
