The Opportunity: Drive Impact as Enrolment Manager for Summer School
We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Sales Adviser to own student recruitment across Morocco within the Summer Schools space. You will be the face of Summer Academy in the region, building and managing a portfolio of school partners, generating direct enquiries, and converting prospects into enrolled students. You will be a part of a growing team that is successful and well networked. This is a relationship first, results driven role that sits at the intersection of education, sales, and cultural understanding.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
• Build and actively manage a pipeline of prospective students from Morocco and the broader North African region, meeting or exceeding agreed monthly and annual enrolment targets
• Develop and nurture relationships with private schools, consultants, and corporate partners in Morocco
• Arrange and conduct presentations, school visits, parent information evenings and webinars to promote our Summer programmes
• Attend regional education fairs and events
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; follow up diligently to maximise conversion rates and aim to put together groups of students
Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools in your territory, providing outstanding service throughout the student journey
• Deliver regular market intelligence reports to your manager, identifying trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Marketing & Brand Representation
• Represent Summer Academy at exhibitions, road shows, and partner events with energy and professionalism
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content, targeted social media campaigns, and region-specific materials
• Ensure all communications reflect Summer Academy's brand values: quality, aspiration, and care
Who We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years' experience in student recruitment, or business development within the international schools sector in Morocco. You must be able to demonstrate existing contacts and be well networked in international schools
• Preferred - Experience of working for a UK or US summer school or an international school
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills in English and French. Arabic is a significant advantage
• Deep understanding of the cultural nuances of parent and student decision-making in the North Africa
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Confident and persuasive presenter, comfortable speaking to parents, school counsellors, and high net worth families
