Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Night Receptionist role located in Marrakesh. The Night Receptionist will oversee nightly reception operations, manage reservations, assist guests with inquiries, ensure excellent customer service, and handle cash transactions as needed. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring guest satisfaction during overnight hours.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience with Cash Handling and basic financial transactions
* Ability to work night shifts and deliver high-quality service
* Fluency in multiple languages (including English) is a plus
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry or similar role preferred
