Job Profile

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities :

* End to end Operations Management of all the Visa Application Center (VAC) in his jurisdiction
* Delivery of all the SLA’s of the mission
* Process compliance on speed , accuracy and financial parameters
* Daily operations and business reporting
* Connect with the mission and performance review
* Ensure profitability of the Visa Application Center ops by Value Added Services upsell
* Maintenance and upkeep of all VAC’s as per the audit compliance norms
* People management
* Process Improvement in conjunction with the PMO

Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Strong ability to multitask
* Comfort working with multiple groups within business
