HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for an HR Specialist ( Compensation & Benefits) to join our HR Department.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Previous experience in payroll, attendance management, and HR administration
* Mandatory experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
* Advanced English level is required
* Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
* Good knowledge of HR processes and administrative compliance

Profile:

* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
