Solutions Architect

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

NETIS is looking for a Solution Architect M/F based in Morocco.

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing comprehensive telecommunications solutions that address customer needs and align with the company’s business objectives.

He/She acts as a bridge between business requirements, technologies, and internal competencies, providing technical expertise to support sales activities and ensuring seamless integration of new solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze and understand business partners’ and customers’ needs to propose adapted solutions.
* Design secure, scalable, and reliable technical architectures aligned with company strategy and customer requirements.
* Oversee the preparation of offers, proposals, and bids, ensuring end-to-end ownership until successful delivery.
* Support sales teams in defending technical solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess technical requirements.
* Integrate new technologies into existing telecom infrastructures.
* Provide technical leadership, guidance, and clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate communication between business units, customers, and technical teams.
* Stay up to date with telecom market trends and continuously propose improvements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the main technical interface between sales, delivery teams, and customers.
* Ensure adherence to solution design standards and company governance.
* Support continuous improvement by analyzing solution performance, customer feedback, and lessons learned.

PROFILE REQUIRED

* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications are a plus).
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in telecommunications or IT architecture roles.
* Strong understanding of telecom protocols, standards, and technologies (cloud, fiber, VoIP, SDN/NFV, datacenters, enterprise solutions, security).
* Proven track record of designing and implementing telecom solutions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and strategic thinking.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
