Job Description

* Ensures planning of services, goals, capacity and coordination of specific subjects
* within the area of responsibility
* Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF,
* ISO14001, etc.
* Supports creation and release of department internal instructions
* Supports and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing
* processes
* Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined
* escalation paths
* Ensures the completeness of activities within the WH wh. during the shift
* Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans
* Supports the layout definition and the space requirements for the WH.

Qualifications

* Level of Education: Higher education (BAC+2/+3).
* Branch Of Study: Production / Supply chain
* Experience : 2 years
* Language : French
* Social competences: Communication /Social &
* intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self organization/Conflict management / Teamwork
* Professional competence: Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Karni & Continuous Improvement Technique
