Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for clients primarily based in Europe, with a strong focus on Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland).

You will work closely with our international partners and help us connect top professionals with exciting global opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Source, interview, and assess candidates for technical and consulting roles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project needs and recruitment goals.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
* Successfully hire top talent to support Future Technology Consulting’s growth.
* Communicate regularly with European clients to align recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

* Fluent in English (spoken and written) — must.
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT services or technology sectors.
* Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles.
* Comfortable working with international and multicultural teams.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
